The menu was a true ode to haute cuisine: the LaScala salad, inspired by the recipe that Jean Leon offered in his legendary Beverly Hills restaurant, gave way to a salmon with fettuccine nest and prawns, followed by a irish black angus entrecote that awakened all the senses. The closing was a brownie with strawberry compote, in which the pastry tradition fused with the freshness of summer.
