On Saturday, March 14th, let yourself be guided by the winemaker Esperança Nadal
We will have a prestigious presence: Esperança Nadal, technical soul and oenologist of Vins Nadal (Binissalem). Under his expert eye, we will discover the secrets of a winery with more than 90 years of history that has reinvented itself while always respecting the essence of our land.
Event Schedule
To guarantee an intimate and exclusive experience, we have designed a day divided into two key moments:
11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. | Presentation and tasting of Vins Nadal wines (Binissalem)
A guided tour led personally by Esperança Nadal. We'll learn about her winemaking methods and the character of her varietals, followed by a guided tasting of her wines with Esperança. Vins Nadal has prepared some gems for this occasion.
13:00h | Lunch in Es Guix:
After the tasting, we will enjoy the following tasting menu in our dining room with a view, accompanied by Vins Nadal wines (pairing):
