This day will be an immersion into the philosophy of one of the most influential families in the world of wine, exploring everything from their ambitious project to recover ancestral varieties to their most iconic labels and historic vintages.

Forcada: The Awakening of the Past
We will discover Forcada, the only white grape variety recovered from among more than 50 forgotten vines, which has demonstrated exceptional winemaking potential. Grown at over 500 meters above sea level in the Alt Penedès region, it will surprise us with its vertical freshness, citrus elegance, and those ripe pineapple notes that defy the passage of time.

Purgatori: The Miracle of «Els Desterrats»
We'll travel to the Costers del Segre DO with Purgatori. A wine born on an estate where, according to legend, monks were sent to do penance. This blend of Cariñena, Garnacha, and Syrah is dense, deep, and mineral, with noble tannins that reflect the harshness and beauty of an extreme terroir.

Milmanda 2015: The Elegance of Time
We will have the privilege of tasting the 2015 vintage of Milmanda. This single-estate Chardonnay, born at the foot of the medieval castle that gives it its name, presents itself in this vintage at its absolute peak. A complex, rich, and silky white wine, where notes of stone fruit and citrus coexist harmoniously with the nuances of vanilla and toast from its aging.

Mas La Plana: The Living Legend
The family emblem, Mas La Plana, would not be missing. This Cabernet Sauvignon triumphed over the great Bordeaux wines at the 1979 Paris Wine Olympics. We will taste this legendary red, famous for its velvety structure, aromas of black fruit and spices, and that balsamic character that places it among the finest international wines.
